We aim to ensure you love your Artemyss purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return for eligible items. Please carefully read our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
    • Returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
  2. Refund Process

    • For all returned shoes, a deduction of £35 per item will be applied to the refund amount. This covers the labour costs and costs of materials associated with creating each pair of shoes.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
    • Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Exceptions

    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Damaged or Faulty Items

    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
